- In the first step, we take tomatoes, add water, switch on the flame, and simmer the tomatoes for 10 minutes.
- Let them cool the tomatoes after simmering, peel off the tomatoes, and cut them into cubes. Additionally, simmer tomatoes that make your gravy concentrated and thick.
- Take a pan add olive oil, heat it, and add white onions. Sautée the onion for 3-4 minutes then add chopped garlic and sauté it for 2-3 minutes. Add green capsicum that makes your gravy tasty and appealing. After adding capsicum, sauté it for three minutes.
- Add already prepared tomatoes into the pan, and mix it well.
- Later, add all the spices, salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder, chicken powder, red crushed chili, and cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients well, cover the pan, and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add ketchup to the pan to make cherry red gravy, that enhances flavour profile. But it’s optional if you don’t like the taste of ketchup skip it.

- I used simmered tomatoes to make gravy by giving the texture like canned tomatoes. So firstly simmered the tomatoes to make perfect rich gravy.
- Each person serves to like their eggs and prepare them in a different method. I prefer to like my eggs white cooked and soft but egg yolks are a little runny. Here is the time requirement for how long it takes to cook an egg depending on how you prefer it cooked.
- 4 minutes for poached eggs with a runny egg yolk
- 5 minutes for an egg white cooked and runny egg yolks.
- 7 minutes for a completely cooked egg white and a little cooked egg yolk.
- Make sure to make your gravy a little thick to balance your eggs on top of it.
