1/4 tsp salt & white pepper powder
1 sauce of ginger
Directions
- Add ginger, spring onion (white part), and brother in a pot. Boil at high temperature, then let it to low heat and simmer.Â
- Mix cornstarch, spices, and water in a bowl till completely dissolved.
- Mix this mixture into simmering soup.
- Now, using a fork, slowly drizzle the eggs through the smaller gaps into the soups.Â
- Once the eggs are set stir gently to get the desired sizes.
- Drizzle some oil, add some green onions (green part), and serve it hot!
