Ingredients
1/2 cup Unsalted butter
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup table Sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips/chocolate chunks
7 croissants
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C° for 1 hour.
- Take one bowl and add brown sugar, table sugar, butter, salt, egg, or vanilla extract into it. Mix it well with a blender for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and baking soda in the last and again mix it well for 2 minutes. In the last, add a cup of chocolate chip cookies or dark chocolate chunks in the cookie mixture to elevate the taste. Chilled the chocolate chip cookie dough for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Take fresh or one-day-old croissants and cut into two halves with a knife.
- Put 2-3 balls of cookie dough mixture inside the croissants and put some cookie dough mixture on top of the croissants.
- Spread the butter paper on a baking sheet, place the croissants one by one, and bake them in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until they turn golden brown.

- Prepare chocolate chip cookie dough at home for fresh or better taste. But if you don’t have enough time to make the dough then use ready-made cookie dough. But add some extra chocolate chips inside or on top of the croissants.
