Ingredients

  • ½ Avocado

  • 3 tbsp herbs (i.e. mint, parsley, or tarragon)

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 4 cups kale (chopped)

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/3 cup cherries

  • ½ cup toasted almonds

  • 1 cup carrots (shredded)

Directions

  • Make the dressing by adding buttermilk, herbs, avocado, and spices in the blender. Make a smooth paste.
  • Mix all the veggies, fruits, and nuts in a bowl. 
  • Add dressing and give another toss.
