  • In the second step, take a large bowl and add beef strips, soy sauce, ginger & garlic, salt, and baking soda solution. Mix it well all the ingredients, cover it with food wrap, put aside, and leave for 45 minutes.
  • In the third step, assemble the gravy ingredients. Take a bowl add beef broth, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, corn starch, soy sauce, and chilli sauce mix it well all the ingredients.
  • In the fourth step, take a pan add butter and olive oil, heat it for 3 minutes then add marinated beef. Cook the beef on a medium flame for about 10 minutes until the water is dry and the beef has been a little browned. When it cooks, take out the beef on the plate and put it aside.
  • In the fifth step, add olive oil to the same pan, heat it, and then sauté the ginger and garlic for about two minutes. Then add spring onion and green chillis sauté it for 1 minute more. Then add onion, and bell pepper sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes more then add the prepared gravy mix it well, and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • In the sixth step, add cooked beef to it, cook for 2 minutes more then add sliced tomatoes, and cook for 3 minutes more. Don’t overcook the tomatoes, lastly, garnish with green onion.
  • In the last step, you served the juicy and tender beef tomato with stir-fried noodles and steamed fried egg.

  • Beef (strips): 500 gram

  • Baking Soda: 1/4 tsp
    Water: 1/2 cup

  • Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup

  • Salt: 1 tsp
    Ginger: 1 tsp (chopped)

  • Garlic: 1 tsp ( chopped)

  • For Gravy ingredients

  • Beef Stock: 1 cup

  • Salt: 1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder: 1 tsp

  • Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp

  • Vinegar: 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce: 3 tbsp

  • Chili Sauce: 3 tbsp
    Honey: 2 tbsp

  • Corn Starch: 1&1/2 tbsp

Directions
