In this no-bake dessert recipe, crackers are dipped in melted brown chocolate and garnished with different toppings.

Ingredients

  • 30 Graham crackers

  • 1 ½ cup melted chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2-3 pinches salt

  • For Garnishing
  • ¼ cup White melted chocolate

  • Sprinkles (as per party’s theme)

Directions

  • Take a large baking tray and cover the baking tray with butter paper or wax paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler, after melting, add butter or a pinch of salt to enhance the taste of melted chocolate.
  • Dip the crackers in melted chocolate one after another. I recommend using two spoons to dip them and turn them over to ensure the crackers are completely covered. Raise the crackers with a spoon and softly flick off the extra chocolate. Position the chocolate-covered crackers on the baking tray.
  • Garnish all the chocolate covered graham crackers with multicolored sprinkles.
  • Allow chocolate crackers to harden and get firm. You can freeze them in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  • After setting in the freezer, melt the white chocolate and drizzle it on chocolate crackers. It looks more tempting and appealing.
  • Finally, delicately take off crackers from the butter paper and relish with the cold coffee!

Notes

  • Make sure you melt the chocolate chips in a dual boiler on the stove to get a smooth finish.
  • Garnish your crackers with eye-catching sprinkles before chocolate solidifies. Or else the chocolate firms up and the toppings will not stick.
  • Use butter paper or wax paper paper to take off crackers easily.
  • Don’t burn the chocolate, it will ruin the taste of crackers.
  • Drizzle the white melted chocolate after the chocolate is set on the crackers, otherwise chocolate lines won’t be visible.
