  • 1 ½ cups almond flour/coconut flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ melted butter

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Initially,  Preheat the oven to 175⁰C and line the baking sheet with butter paper.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients namely flour whichever you are using coconut or almond flour, and both will go fine. Add husk powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, mix wet ingredients namely eggs and butter.
  • Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients and make a well-combined dough.
  • Make 6 small loaves and shape them into hamburger buns.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for almost 30 minutes.
