1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 cloves
Black pepper powder (as per taste)
Directions
- Trim the bottom edges of baby Bok choy and wash in cold water.
- Keep the size of veggies sans to cook them evenly.
- Heat the pan and add oil now and swirl it around the edges.
- Add garlic and stir fry for half a minute until fragrant.
- Add the veggie and stir fry for 2 minutes. Toss and turn, and keep the stalks crisp and
leaves can be wilted. - Add the soy sauce and some pepper, cook again for 30 seconds, and serve it hot.
