1 tsp sesame oil
1 onion & capsicum
2 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (minced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
- In a skillet add oil and sauté vegetables on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add veggies noodles Co. Zucchini spirals and cook till they soften. Add ginger and garlic
and stir again for 60 seconds. - Now add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and some pepper. Serve it hot!
