Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 3 spring onions (segregate green and white parts)

  • 4 tsp cornstarch 

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt & white pepper powder

  • 1 sauce of ginger

Directions

  • Add ginger, spring onion (white part), and brother in a pot. Boil at high temperature, then let it to low heat and simmer. 
  • Mix cornstarch, spices, and water in a bowl till completely dissolved.
  • Mix this mixture into simmering soup.
  • Now, using a fork, slowly drizzle the eggs through the smaller gaps into the soups. 
  • Once the eggs are set stir gently to get the desired sizes.
  • Drizzle some oil, add some green onions (green part), and serve it hot!
